This screencast was produced with Camtasia Studio software to explain to novice users how the GoToMyPC website service was used for remote access to the network. The training was recorded in one take and was useful many times over as new employees were trained in the procedure, eliminating the need for individual one-to-one training and enabling the user to return to the training as necessary.
Creating a Data CD Tutorial
This screencast series was produced with Camtasia Studio software to explain to novice users how to create data CDs to send to clients. Recorded in one take, it eliminated the need for individual one-to-one training and enabled the user to return to the training as necessary. Audio quality problems are due to inadequacies of the client's hardware and not reflective of our studio potential.
