This tutorial was prepared with Camtasia Studio software for INFLUENCE AT WORK to explain to novice users how the GoToMyPC website service was used for remote access to the network. The training was prepared in one take and was useful many times over as new employees were trained in the procedure. It eliminated the need for individual one-to-one training and enabled the new user to return to the training as often as necessary to become more familiar with the steps, or to refresh their memory if they had forgotten the them.

The training was prepared in one take and was useful many times over as new employees were trained in the procedure. It eliminated the need for individual one-to-one training and enabled the new user to return to the training as often as necessary to become more familiar with the steps, or to refresh their memory if they had forgotten the them. Audio quality problems are due to inadequacies of the client's hardware and not reflective of the quality I can produce with my equipment today.
